The 2023 California rainstorms damaged a Northbound lane in two separate locations on Newland Street. One location is south of Ellis Ave and the other location is between Slater Ave and Warner Ave. Engineering plans to repair the damage are on schedule to be completed in October. Construction is anticipated to commence Winter 2023/24.
