The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is accepting applications from September 18-29, 2023 for placement on the waiting list for a Housing Choice Voucher. This is the first time the Waiting List has opened since 2012. Households meeting Very Low Income Limits (50% of the County Median Income) may be approved to receive a voucher to assist with rental housing costs. This is not a first-come, first-serve opportunity.
