The OC Sanitation District will be implementing a complete closure on Ellis Ave. to accommodate the construction of OCSD’s corporate building pedestrian bridge. Ellis Avenue will close between Bandilier Circle and Pacific Street. The closure is anticipated to begin as early as 9 p.m. on Friday, July 21 until 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 23.
