Sandbag Station Locations:The City of Fountain Valley has two sandbag stations available to residents:City Yard – 17300 Mt. HerrmannRecreation Center/Sports Park – access road off Brookhurst, between the tennis courts and David L. Baker Memorial Golf CourseEach sandbag station has sand, bags and shovels available for residents to use. Residents may want to bring their own shovels just in case.It is recommended that the bags only be filled halfway with sand. This prevents them from getting too heavy to lift and allows for the top of the bag to be folded under to create a good seal when stacking.
